She has a vast and exhaustive experience in broad based Civil Litigation and non-litigation primarily in real estate She has handled several high profile cases and has a strong grip on documentation of matters related to complex real estate transactions/ deals. Her forte is non litigation documentation related to redevelopment of Cooperative housing societies and tenanted buildings espacially under 33(5), 33(7), 33(9) and 33(11).
