Adv. Mukesh Gupta is a campus recruit of Pravin Gandhi College of Law who joined us as an Advocate Trainee in the year 2014. He has an enriching experience of practicing in civil matters and semi criminal matters in Hon’ble High Court, District Courts and in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate.
He has very ably lead/assisted litigation in high profile cases with his well versed drafting skills of which civil suits, writs ,consumer Complaints, arbitration matters are to name a few. Alongside this he has an intensive knowledge of matters related to Co-operative Societies, D.R.T, 138 complaints under N.I Act, Motions and various other pleadings.
