He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is designated as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by AICPA, USA and CIMA, UK and is also a Chartered Management Account (CMA). He is a qualified Licensed Insolvency Professional & Practitioner (IP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) since 2017. His expertise to name a few, is related to Financial Accounting, Fixed Assets Management, Working Capital Management, MIS, Budgeting, Secretarial Compliances, Cost Reduction, Taxation, SEBI Regulations, Organizational Re-structuring, Business Review & Analysis, Corporate Insolvency, Resolution Planning, Liquidation and Winding and other areas as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act. He regularly appears in the NCLT and NCLAT.
