Apoorv Pathak is an Advocate with a B.A. LL.B. from IP University, Delhi (2019) and an LL.M. fromNational Law University, Raipur (2025). He has developed a well-rounded practice spanningcivil, criminal, and corporate law, with experience across law firm roles and independentpractice. His work has involved handling commercial disputes, contractual matters, andregulatory compliance, with a strong focus on drafting, structuring, and legal strategy.
He has significant experience in litigation and court appearances, regularly appearing andadvancing arguments before District Courts and the High Court of Delhi, as well as the SupremeCourt of India, and tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and DebtRecovery Tribunal (DRT). His practice primarily involves representing clients in hearings,advancing arguments, and handling end-to-end litigation, along with drafting pleadings, legalnotices, applications, and written submissions in matters relating to insolvency, recoveryactions, succession, and civil disputes.
Currently, Apoorv is working as a Senior Associate at Solicis Lex, where he is part of the Bankingand Finance vertical, with a focus on Project Financing. He is involved in structuring andreviewing financing transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiatingfinancing and security documents. His role includes advising lenders and stakeholders onregulatory compliance, risk allocation, and transaction structuring, as well as supportingtransaction execution and enforcement strategies in complex financing arrangements.
