Vaishali Sanghavi is a Commerce graduates (B.com), from South India Education College of Commerce and Economics (SIES), Pune University, and has completed her LL.B from K.C. Law College, Mumbai University (2004). She is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and has an experienced of more than a decade. She has handled Civil property matters, Redevelopment, Conveyance, Cheque bouncing, Recovery, DRT, Family court and Consumer matters, proficient in vetting and Drafting documents &agreements. She has appeared in the High Court, Supreme Court & briefed senior counsels of the Supreme Court and High court in property matters. Before joining Solicis Lex, she has been closely associated with various reputed law Firms like Dave Girish &Cu. D.C.Melita & Associates and Senior advocates like Bipin Joshi & Co in Mumbai.
